SPR# MGIY5SRJTS - Fixed a "Panic: Lookup handle out of range" failure on the iSeries platform, or an "Out of private handles" error on the W32 platform. These errors are caused because the server log entry was not created for each day. A new server log entry will only be created when the LEI server is started. This regression was introduced in 6.0.
